We at Truecaller for Business focus on providing value to large enterprise businesses, by improving how they communicate with their customers. They leverage the power of the Truecaller platform to grow business for enterprise customers. This ranges from controlling their appearance on Truecaller as a verified business to increasing call efficiency and message response rates by enabling trusted and contextually relevant communication with their customers.
This is an exciting role for anyone looking to build a world-class product marketing charter that will pave the way for our overall positioning, discovery, authority, and, ultimately, demand. The role involves working with multiple stakeholders and teams internally/externally.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be challenged every day, and you will use your creativity and experience to ensure that our customers and partners are positioned for success today and in the future.
What do we expect ?
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Who can communicate effectively and clearly to internal and external audiences
• Have a business and a technical background (data management an added plus) that allows you to articulate product value in different ways to various audiences.
• Experience in supporting the launch and adoption of software products (B2B and consumer SaaS an added plus).
• Data-driven and creative.
What will you work on:
• Partner with Leadership, GTM, and Product Management team in developing the definition, messaging, and positioning of solutions.
• Own and drive product launches for our products by working closely with a range of cross-functional teams — Product managers, Sales, Customer Success, Legal and Engineering at all stages, right from the product conceptualization, early validation, running early access programs to commercial launch.
• Advocate for our existing and prospective customers by researching, being informed about our competitive landscape, and becoming the enabler for product conceptualization to market rollout lifecycle.
• Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear, compelling product positioning and value propositions based on pain points and business objectives that resonate with customers and prospects.
• Driving the key launch and adoption metrics by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Work with Demand Gen and Content Marketing team to define positioning and give direction for our market-facing campaigns and run experiments on self-serve.
It would be great if you also have:
• Competent with the usage of tools like Trello, Miro, Airtable etc.
