  JOB DESCRIPTION:

  Ø Excellent knowledge of IPD/OPD Billing

  Ø Extensive knowledge of insurance claims process

  Ø Supervision of billing and insurance teams and creation of SOPs as required

  Ø Effectively resolve the billing escalations, complaints, etc.

  Ø Outstanding payment follow ups

  Ø Auditing of bills

  Ø Preparing MIS, TPA / Credit settlements, TPA / Credit Dispatch, and other monthly reports

  Ø Handling grievances of patient related to billing
