We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intensive Care Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As an Intensive Care Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring patients’ conditions, administering treatments, and maintaining open communication with medical teams, patients, and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and monitor patients’ progress in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition and take prompt action.
• Provide regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members regarding the patient’s condition and treatment plan.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring doses and responses closely.
• Respond to medical emergencies and alert the appropriate medical staff when necessary.
• Provide comprehensive care and support to patients throughout their recovery in the ICU.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and promptly before transferring patients.Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing and valid nursing license.
• Prior experience in an Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting.
• Strong assessment and monitoring skills to detect changes in patients’ conditions.
• Excellent communication skills to provide updates and information to medical teams, patients, and families.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
